5 Steps to Reduce Pollution in the Kitchen

Main_Kitchen_01Kithcen smoke, steam cook the rest, plus a pile of wet garbage, can be a source of pollution in the home. Find out how to reduce them.

There are many things we can do to reduce the pollution that occurred in the kitchen.

Five of them are :

1. Reduce even if possible elininate altogether, the use of kerosene stove or charcoal. Both stove produces more smoke than gas stoves.

2. Provide adequate openings, as a vent for the kitchen. Thus, air excange can continue to take place, so that kitchen smoke escaped from the sediment or steam cooking.

3. If necessary add the cooker and hood to suck out smoke or steam cooking.

4. Dispose of garbage regularly. Do not let trash pile up all night. This needs to be done in order to avoid the kitchen odor and pest.

5. Place the potted plants in the kitchen. The presence of plants can reduce the dirty air in the kithcen. Place in avase or small pots. In addition to healthy, plants also  beautify the kitchen.
