Champagne Good For Heart and Brain
You certainly no stranger to hear the name of a drink of champagne from the fermentation of wine. Usually these drinks are often in a party event. But a surprising fact that the health benefits of champagne. According to research based on previous findings, two glasses of red wine per day can help keep the heart and blood circulation problems.
Academy in the UK found that champagne contains polyphenols which chemicals that can widen blood vessels so the heart can reduce tension and brain. Polyphenols are believed to increase levels of nitric oxide gas in the blood. Polyphenols found in relatively high levels in red wine but not in white wine. Champagne is usually made from a mixture of red wine varieties of Pinot MEUNIER or Pinot Noir and Chardonnay white wine, as reported by the Daily Mail site.
A researcher Dr Jeremy Spencer said, “The question is whether the champagne would have the same effect as red wine or will have limited effect as the white wine?” He showed that the champagne has an effect much greater in nitric oxide levels of free polyphenols “dummy drinking” alcohol mixed with carbonated water. The researchers believe that the health benefits are not restricted to the expensive equipment, but also found in the cheaper alternative.
